Created in collaboration with World Champion Nino Langella, the Nino Black Suede Men’s Latin Dance Shoe combines performance-led design with refined Italian craftsmanship.

Designed around the demands of Latin movement, every detail has been considered to give the foot freedom to articulate while maintaining the support, balance and floor connection dancers need.

Designed for Latin Movement

The Nino is designed to move naturally with the foot, supporting the articulation required through every step, point and weight transfer.

Its flexible split-sole construction allows greater freedom through the foot, helping you maintain a responsive connection with the dance floor without feeling restricted.

Flexibility You Can Feel

One of the defining features of the Nino is its thin, responsive sole.

This has been deliberately designed to maximise flexibility and allow dancers to feel closer to the floor — particularly important for the precise foot articulation and weight transfer required in Latin dancing.

Some dancers, however, prefer a slightly firmer and more stable feeling underfoot.

For this reason, we also offer a removable insole designed to fit inside the Nino.

This gives you the flexibility to choose between:

• Maximum flexibility and floor feel when dancing without the additional insole
• Additional cushioning and stability when the removable insole is inserted

You can alternate between the two depending on your personal preference, training session or performance requirements.

Support From the Ground Up

The Nino combines flexibility with carefully positioned support.

An extended heel and shank construction reaches towards the arch of the foot, providing additional structure while still allowing the shoe to flex where a Latin dancer needs it.

A stable heel construction helps create a secure and balanced feeling underfoot, supporting control through changes of direction and weight transfer.

The Nino is shaped to adapt comfortably around the foot while maintaining a secure fit.

Strategically placed cushioning adds comfort without taking away the responsiveness dancers need from a performance shoe.

A softly padded tongue provides additional comfort across the top of the foot, while cushioning beneath the heel creates a softer connection with the floor.

Designed for Floor Connection

The buffalo leather dance sole is designed to provide the balance of grip, glide and sensitivity required for Latin dancing.

Combined with the flexible split-sole construction, it allows the dancer to maintain awareness of the floor while moving freely through the foot.

Refined Black Suede Leather

The rich black suede leather gives the Nino a distinctive and sophisticated appearance on the dance floor.

Designed to complement the movement of the foot rather than distract from it, the streamlined shape creates a clean, elegant silhouette while highlighting Latin footwork.

Designed With Nino Langella

Nino Langella worked with Anita Flavina on the shape, alignment and performance of the shoe, with particular attention given to comfort, floor connection and how the shoe looks during Latin movement.

The result is a men’s Latin dance shoe designed to combine freedom of movement with support, balance and refined Italian styling.

Order 1.5 sizes below your normal everyday shoe size.

The Nino is designed to adapt comfortably to the shape of the foot while providing the secure fit needed for Latin dancing.

If you prefer a firmer feeling underfoot or additional stability, the optional removable insole can be added to the shoe and removed whenever you want greater flexibility.
