Returns & Exchanges


To return an item please carry out the following steps;

All returns must be confirmed within 14 days of receipt of order

Send an e-mail to to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

 Send the return back via Royal Mail signed for and we will refund your postage.


All exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability

To exchange your item follow the steps under returns and specify which size you wish to exchange to


We deem an order to be faulty if the item has been received in an imperfect condition or if there is a manufacturing fault within one year after receipt of order

Wear and tear is not a fault

Our quality control experts inspect all items returned as faulty to validate if there is a design fault or if it is result of wear and tear.  In some circumstances we are able to offer repairs

Ir the order has a genuine design fault then we will offer a replacement


All undamaged, correctly returned orders will be credited to the original purchasers account

International returns outside of the EU the purchaser is responsible for customs duties and sales taxes are non-refunable

Refunds may take up to ten working days to appear in your account


Anita Flavina will only accept returned items in an unmarked condition with the original packaging and branding accessories

Footwear should be tired on a carpetd surface.  Footwear returned with marked soles may not be refunded or replaced and will be returned to you

Footwear returned without a box or in a damaged box may not be refunded and will be returned to you

Any items that have been repaired or altered may not be accepted for a refund or exchange

Anita Flavina is not liable for items that are returned without using our authorised DHL service

For EU costomers under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 workings days of receipt, to do so you must provide to us in writing notification of this.  You may do so at
