CAN I STILL RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, we are currently able to accept returns. We have extended our returns policy from 14 days
to 30 days for any item purchased online from Wednesday 1 March 2020. The usual process
for returning your order still applies. All returned items must continue to meet all other existing
returns acceptance criteria set out on our delivery and returns page here. Please allow around
3-4 working days from the date we receive your returned order for this to be processed.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FOR MY ORDER, ARE THERE DELAYS?
Our delivery timeframes are advised on product and checkout pages, however we are finding
Royal Mail deliveries are taking longer during this period. At the moment, our courier networks
are operating as usual. We will continue to monitor the circumstances and keep our customers
